 LINDA SANTO   LITTLE AUDREY

How great are his signs, how mighty his wonders! His kingdom is an eternal kingdom; his dominion endures from generation to generation.” Daniel 4:3

“Unless you people see miraculous signs and wonders, ” Jesus told him, “you will never believe.”  This scripture verse describes what God did with the Santo family, namely “Little Audrey.”

Linda Santo will share with us the fascinating story of her daughter, “Little Audrey” and the miracles that surrounded her and their family.

At the age of three Audrey Santo fell into a swimming pool and nearly drowned.  While in the hospital she was overmedicated with phenobarbital. She was given a dose that could have killed a grown man, said Linda.

After emerging from a three-week coma she was in a state of Akinetic Mutism which meant she had limited movement and did not speak but she was still fully aware of her surroundings.

The medical professionals suggested Linda put Audrey in an institution; however this mother was determined to take her daughter home.  The entire family and some dedicated nurses shared in the care of Little Audrey.

At the age of 4 Little Audrey made her First Holy Communion. The Body of Christ in the form of a host was the only solid she consumed despite the fact that she was fed through a g-tube.

Not too long after her accident, unexplainable events began to occur in the Santo home.  Statues and pictures began to exude oil and some began to bleed.  The first image to weep oil was an image of Our Lady of Guadalupe in 1993.  Two days later a statue of Our Lady of Fatima wept tears and emitted the scent of roses. Over the years dozens of pictures, statues, photographs, etc. have wept in the Santo home and some so profusely that bowls had to be put underneath to catch the oil.

Five times consecrated hosts exhibited human blood without explanation.  These hosts were tested and all five were found to contain human blood.

Audrey has been called a “victim soul” by many. She experienced the stigmata many times especially during Lent. She suffered extreme pain as scourge marks appeared on her body, the crown of thorns around her entire head and her feet, hands and side opened and bled.

On April 14, 2007 at the age of 23, Little Audrey was called home to Jesus.  Over twenty years of her life thousands from across the globe traveled to Worcester, Massachusetts to pray and witness the signs and wonders and miracles of God that were happening at the Santo home.

Only 4 months after her death, the postulator from the Congregation of the Causes visited the Santo family. He met with the Bishop to begin the Cause for Little Audrey making her “Servant of God” to begin the process.

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hear Linda Santo share her remarkable story to help promote the sainthood cause of Little Audrey.  We hope and pray that one day Little Audrey will be the “Pro-Life saint. ”
